An architect-client relationship is established only through a written agreement signed by LKB Architecture and the client. Until such an agreement is executed, LKB Architecture has no professional obligation concerning your property or project.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that LKB Architecture will accept your project, provide services, meet a requested schedule, or produce a particular result. We may decline an inquiry at our discretion.
