Feasibility analysis, site development, programming and design for a new 2-story, neighborhood-centered commercial kitchen and foundation offices, including retail space, teaching kitchen, indoor and outdoor community spaces with outdoor pavilion, smokehouse and dining area.

Project consisted of 5000 SF of building plus outdoor community spaces on a 20,000 SF site.
